How to Install Presets in Lightroom Classic
Method One:
Step 1: Download the Lightroom Presets.
Please unzip the files you downloaded and make sure to save them in a safe location.
Step 2: Install the Lightroom Presets on Your Computer.
Launch Adobe Lightroom Classic, then go to the menu bar and choose File > Import Develop Profiles and Presets. Select the folder you saved your presets in.

Why can’t see the presets or profiles I just installed in Lightroom?
First, You can restart Lightroom Classic when you complete the presets installation.
If you still have problems, try using this way. Go to Edit on the top menu, choose Preferences, and select Presets tab. Make sure Show Partially Compatible Develop Presets is selected in the Visibility options area. This option allows you to use a developed preset created in old versions of Lightroom.
